This Past Weekend we drove to Ventura to meet up with Brian, Jill, Cedric, Dallin, Lindsay and Lucy! We stayed at the Fillmores Beach house. It has the most beautiful view! This was a much needed vacation for all of us! Life has been really busy and as a result I have been a little crazy:)So we were so thankful to get away with our friends and escape the madness! While we were there Piper perfected her high pitched squeel! If you haven't heard this, its pretty hillarious. I can't help but laugh when she does it. Its her way of complaining. And she does it all the time... haha. Which makes me wonder if she's gonna be a little handful, or very musical! She goes from a low D to a high C in .5 seconds! Cj says she mimicks a Coo Coo Bird! Thankfully she loves her binky so that calms her down when she gets going!
We had a lot of fun going to the outlet malls while the boys went to Magic Mountain! It was pretty eventful with three little ones! We also went out to eat at Andreas', a sea food place. I actually ate Fish, and shrimp... only because i could see the ocean from where i was eating (that's my policy, i know its dumb, but i've never been too big into sea food). Much to my surprise, i liked the Fish a whole lot more! We also cooked meals together while at the beach house and the boys did a ton of surfing! The water was sooo cold! They are Brave! We watched the movie Australia! It was such a great movie! We took lots of fun pics with the kids on the beach i can't wait until piper is more alert, one thing that really caught her attention was a bunch of seaguls that flew overhead.
It was so much fun to bring all the babies together and watch them talk to eachother and laugh at eachother! I can't wait to get them together again! Soon they'll be chasing eachother around and throwing sand! haha. we had such a wonderful time! Thanks Brian and Jill for inviting us to come spend the weekend with you! We are so thankful to have such great friends!
